- On Bifurcation of Madhya Pradesh State, services transferred to Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. Subsequently promoted as 'Deputy Secretary' on 13th April, 2002, as 'Additional Secretary' on 31st October, 2009 and as 'Secretary' on 5th October, 2017.

- Assumed the charge of 'Secretary' Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly on 1st December, 2017.

- Assumed the charge of 'Principal Secretary' Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly on 4th October, 2019.

In-charge of different Sections of Secretariat such as Establishment, Question, Legislation, Petition, Reporting, Security and Public Relation, Question & Reference Committee, Women & Children welfare Committee, Privilege Committee, Estimate Committee.

- Active participation in the Presiding Officers Conference organized by Chhattisgarh Legislative in the year 2005

- Active participation in the 4th India & Asia Region CPA Conference organized by Chhattisgarh Legislature in the year 2010.

- Delivered speeches on various subjects in the Training Programmes, organized by Chhattisgarh Administrative Academy, Police Training Academy, State Panchayat and Rural Development Department.

- Delivered speeches in International Training Programme on 'Legal Drafting' organized during 31st January, 2005 to 4th February, 2005 by Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly.

-Attended Presiding Officers and Secretaries Conference Organized in Chandigarh in 2008.
